Do you have content stuck with a little "waiting to download" bubble, then here's a quick way to get back on track. 😄
Just open the Optimize app to your offline content tab, and without clicking on the item, swipe left across the title/book cover (there should be a red X that shows up as you swipe).
That will prompt you to delete the PN from your offline tab. Then you can re-attempt to download when you have a good WiFi connection!
There may be an issue for some members who try to sync content after using the search function, so if you find that's happening, please just use the main content lists.
