If you've got an active membership and the Oasis still isn't working, it could be an issue with your browser. 💻

Are you using an old version of Internet Explorer as your browser? Unfortunately you'll find that the Oasis might not work.

As a fix, we'd suggest you download the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.! Those browsers have been thoroughly tested and will work well!

If for some reason that doesn't work, please try a "hard refresh" to give your system a little kick!

It would be something like:

CTRL + F5 button
on PC
Command + R on a Mac

Or a refresh on apple mobile:

Press Settings > Safari.
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Tap Clear History and Data.

That should clear things up for you. 😁
