Since all purchases through our App are managed by iTunes you'll have to:Β 

1. Go into your iTunes subscriptions to change your settings for the app.Β 

Here's an article explaining how to manage/cancel your subscription via Apple:

This is the basic idea:Β 

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Under Subscriptions, Tap Manage.
From there they can manage/cancel their subscription.Β 

2. Then head to the membership page to enter your card info + start a shiny new subscription! ☺️

The easiest way to reactivate your subscription after step 1 is done is to sign in and then head over to the membership page to start up a new payment subscription with your credit card. πŸ˜€
