First off, the Oasis Community is currently for members of the program. You'll need to make sure you've got an active membership to access it.

If you've got an active membership and the Oasis still isn't working, it could be an issue with your browser. 💻

So if you're using an old version of Internet Explorer as your browser, you'll find that the Oasis might not work. 

As a fix, we'd suggest you download the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Those browsers have been thoroughly tested and will definitely work on!

If THAT doesn't work, please try a "hard refresh" which would be something like:

CTRL + F5 button
on PC
Command + R on a Mac

Or a refresh on apple mobile:

Press Settings > Safari.
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Tap Clear History and Data.

That might clear things up for you. 😁
